Group Coaching

I will work with you and your team to understand your business challenges and organizational goals. Based on our discussions, we will come up with a Roadmap and a SMART Plan that enables action & commitment for required change on YOUR part as the Executive Sponsor. We will have regularly scheduled on-site, on-line or teleconference to review the progress. Based on our agreement, team members will receive One-on-One or Group Coaching as may be the case.
